NSLC annual scholarship awards dinner

“For 33 years Northsiders have gathered together to celebrate our young people and our volunteers.”

Mark T. Fatla, executive director of the Northside Leadership Conference, opened the 33rd Annual NSLC Scholarship & Awards Dinner on Thursday, June 16 where 19 Northside seniors were given a scholarship of $1,000 from various sponsors and an electronic tablet provided by the Rotary Club of Pittsburgh’s Northside.

Held in the Grand Hall at the Priory Hotel, Jack Hunt, also known as Johnny Angel, was the Master of Ceremonies for the event and announced the scholarship winners as well as those receiving the Neighborhood and Business Awards, Northside Service Provider Award, and the Lifetime Achievement Awards.
