Applications for the City of Pittsburgh’s Spring-Summer 2020 Love Your Block projects are due by Jan. 31, 2020.

Applications are now open for the City of Pittsburgh’s Spring-Summer 2020 Love Your Block projects. If you have a project to improve your neighborhood by combating blight and building resilience, apply online at applyloveyourblock.pittsburghpa.gov.

Winning projects will be awarded $1,500 in funds to pay for equipment and supplies, neighbor engagement, and project labor. A $3,000 award will be given to the “most impressive block transformation” for future renovations to the site. Project examples include maintaining community gardens, cleaning up neighborhoods, and planting trees and flowers.
