Flashback: From Allegheny Center to Nova Place

An $85 million plan in the 1960s failed, but a $100 million investment by FAROS Properties in 2015 is helping rebrand the former site of the Allegheny Center Mall.

Two years ago we featured a piece entitled, “Allegheny Center, a history of change” which took an in-depth look at the impact the site’s construction had on the Northside and the potential future of the site. Now we revisit the progress being made since 2015.
