Homebuyer Workshop, Open House for Woodland Avenue Revitalization Project

The Brightwood Civic Group will be hosting a Homebuyer Workshop and Open House from 12-4 p.m. on Sunday, March 26 at Café on the Corner, 2700 Shadeland Ave. The Open House will be located at 1136 Woodland Ave. and attendees can view the home between 1-4 p.m. The home is part of five that BCG are renovating through the Woodland Avenue Revitalization Project.

There is no income restriction to purchase one of the five homes, but eligible buyers who qualify have an opportunity to obtain special financing mortgage that has no interest rate.

The event is sponsored by Brightwood Civic Group, WesBanco, and the Northside Leadership Conference. To register, email Brightwood Civic Group at brightwoodcivic@verizon.net.
