CASGED to hold meeting on January 18

By Karla Owens

On Wednesday, January 18 there will be an open community meeting regarding zoning changes on Chestnut Street.  The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at Neu Kirche Contemporary Art Center, 1000 Madison St.

Recent development in this area, including a 100 room hotel and a new coffee shop,  has generated interest from community groups and stakeholders in developing Chestnut Street into a business district.
