North Shore will be adding two more attractive destinations for Pittsburghers this season as part of recent development.

Burn, a Florida-based cigar bar owned by Rocky Patel, and New York-based Southern Tier Brewing Co. will be opening later this year, according to reports.

Southern Tier Brewing Co.’s largest market is Pittsburgh and will look to capitalize on its growing fan base with a staple microbrewery right next to Heinz Field and PNC Park.

Burn is an upscale cigar bar that features cocktails, an articulate menu for desirable pallets and a lounge for a relaxed nightlife setting. Patel opened the original Burn in Naples, Florida as a cigar-centric escape from a routine night out.

Both businesses will be along North Shore Drive, where new office spaces and storefronts have opened near Stage AE.
