Monday afternoon a few regulars of the dog park in Allegheny Commons showed up at Lake Elizabeth with rakes and garbage bags rather than their usual furry friends.

Several volunteers raked and cleaned up the edges of the lake that was temporarily drained by the city this weekend.

The lake was refilled this afternoon and looks great.
