On Saturday (Oct. 29) at 2 p.m. in the Fineview Playground, ghosts and ghouls will gather for a costume contest, pumpkin painting, snacks and games.  Thanks to PNC Bank, the event is free and open for kids 10 and under, said Ed Lewis of the Fineview Citizens Council.

FCC member Dolores Swartworth is hosting the event.  The Fineview Playground is at the corner of Fineview and Myler streets.
