The Northside Chronicle adds street boxes to lineup

As part of an ongoing effort to improve the quality of The Northside Chronicle and to make the newspaper the available to all Northside residents, the Chronicle has placed seven street boxes at key intersections around the Northside. These distinctive red boxes will provide copies of the newspaper to people that can’t get out of work in time to reach a distribution business or church, or want to take advantage of coupons or events listed inside.

This is part of an effort that included increasing the print run from 7,000 copies to 8,000 copies, and a rebuilt website that will offer social networking capabilities alongside the more traditional news stories that The Northside Chronicle has offered its readers.

The locations are as follows.

Intersection of California Avenue/Termon Avenue/ and Brighton Heights Blvd

Allegheny West

Intersection of Western Avenue and Allegheny Avenue – Diagonal from The 7-11.

Observatory Hill

East Ohio Street
