Joe Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in construction and project management, and he now brings his expertise to the Northside Leadership Conference (NSLC). As the Real Estate Director at the NSLC, Joe has been pivotal in shaping community-driven development strategies since he assumed the role in April 2024. His vast experience, having worked on projects across the United States, gives him a unique perspective and the skills needed to serve such diverse neighborhoods on Pittsburgh’s Northside.
