Hello, Northsiders! I hope everyone who celebrated had a safe and enjoyable Easter and Passover. I would like to talk to you about the work I’ve been doing in Harrisburg, including legislation for all Pennsylvanians.

The 2025 Pennsylvania Primary Election is taking place this month, on May 20. For Pittsburghers, perhaps the most important race of the season is for the seat of Mayor of Pittsburgh.

Mayor Ed Gainey’s proposed series of reforms to Pittsburgh’s property laws and zoning codes, including spreading inclusionary zoning requirements citywide, has become a hotly debated topic in city politics.

NORTH SHORE — Celebrating 10 years of supporting the Northside, The Buhl Foundation’s One Northside initiative gathered at Acrisure Stadium on Feb. 18 to look back at what might be the first half of the organization’s existence and accomplishments, as well as look to what the future may hold.

On July 12, 36 people representing nearly every level of local government and invested community organizations came together for an all-staff retreat at the Schenley Ice Rink Building in Schenley Park.
