Small business owners and entrepreneurs looking for assistance on marketing and design, look no further. UpTo Know Good, a media consulting business, will be popping up at 811 Middle St. offering a discounted al la carte menu on services such as logo creation, copywriting, and search engine optimization (SEO) assistance.

From Monday, October 31 through Friday, November 4, a group of professional freelancers will be able to consult and assist the needs of customers looking to refresh their business.

“No matter where you are in your journey, whether you just started or have been in business for years, marketing today can be overwhelming,” said Sarah Mayer, co-founder of UpTo Know Good.

Mayer said that the pop-ups help business owners get the services they need at a reduced priced, but also educate business owners on what it costs to market their business. With UpTo, there is “no location barrier, no cost barrier, and nothing to lose” with “no hidden tricks or fees,” Mayer said.

Jennifer Highfield, a communications consultant and freelancer working with UpTo, said “we work for weeks in advance of the pop-up to connect with the community” by working with a community partner and reaching out “to business owners via direct mail, door-to-door, email, social media, print advertising and more.”

“By the time we open our store, we are part of the main street community,” Highfield said.

This fall, UpTo has popped up in Sharpsburg, Homewood, and Bloomfield. After the Northside, this series of pop-ups will conclude in the Hill District on November 14-18.

The hours for the Northside pop-up are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday.
