Neighbors will discuss a new look for Riverview Park’s Grand Avenue entrance and Kilbuck Valley section at the March 3 meeting.

Northside community members are invited to join the Friends of Riverview Park (FORP) for a community meeting to discuss a new look for Riverview Park’s Grand Avenue entrance and Kilbuck Valley section. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Providence Connections.

In the future, the Department of Public Works’ (DPW) Division 1 Depot will be relocated to a location outside of Riverview Park. In the meantime, Northside neighbors are meeting up to determine what the space will look like once the depot is gone.

Volunteer representatives from both IKM Inc. and Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. will be on-site to review the history of the current storage depot site as well as to lead meeting attendants in a visioning exercise.

Food and childcare are available; registration is encouraged. Click here to reserve your free tickets. View the event flyer here. Providence Connections is located at 3113 Brighton Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
