On the Scene: RP Day 2019

The Second Annual RP Day took place in Riverview Park on Sunday, Sept. 29.

RP Day activities included cyclocross races, musical performances by Colonel Eagleburgers Highstepping Goodtime Band, Sierra Sellers, and the Bill Henry Band, puppetry by the David T. English Puppet Company, and clowning by O’Ryan the O’Mazing. Pine cone bird feeder making, face painting, caricatures, and nature hikes were also options for guests. Tables included Venture Outdoors, Healthy Ride, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, ALCOSAN, Northside Leadership Conference, Western Pennsylvania Mushroom Club, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, and Friends of Riverview Park.
