Applications ongoing for program to lower winter heating bills
Allegheny City Central Association (ACCA) is accepting applications for the Residential Energy Audit Program. The program is intended primarily for seniors and low-income housing residents looking to save energy and money on their winter utility bills.
ACCA is partnering with Conservation Consultants Inc. (CCI), a nonprofit that has successfully organized similar programs throughout Pittsburgh, for this program. The application for the Residential Energy Audit Program is available on the ACCA website, www.accapgh.org.
