Tech event for girls at Sarah Heinz House on April 13

Girls ages 10-18 are eligible to participate in Tech Girls Rock on Thursday, April 13 at the Sarah Heinz House.

The free event beings at 9 a.m. and is hosted by CA technologies and the Boys and Girls Club of America. Girls will learn about careers in technology, including a career panel with real engineers. They will have the opportunity to code using either Hummingbird Robots, Finch Robots, or Dash Robots. There will also be a DIY hands on activity and every girl will go home with a binary code bracelet and a t-shirt.

Breakfast and lunch are included. Participants must register by April 10. For more information and to register, click here.
