ASSET MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan Portfolio Management
Input data and manage Loan Portfolio Software to insure monthly billings of all existing loan customers. Review loan files and notify/collect financial and job creation information from loan customers. Provide development services to business owners as required.
922 Middle Street
Oversee property manager on all aspects of the property located at 922 Middle Street including leasing and tenant management.
Investment Activities
Track and maintain information regarding equity investments made by NSCDF and/or its subsidiaries. Interface with Investment Review Committee. Interface with investee company key personnel. Track investment information Bookminders.
Financial Management
Prepare deposit slips and make weekly bank deposits. Prepare bank check requests, as directed by Executive Director. Insure all invoices, receipts, deposits, and bank account statements are forwarded to Bookminders. Insure staff provide monthly accounting of credit card transactions and keep all credit card receipts and organize them with monthly statements.
Office Management
Review/setup/maintain office filing system. Track records and insure proper disposal in accordance with document retention policy. Insure that all forms are collected for new and existing employees and are correctly filed. Order office supplies and meeting supplies/food.
Assist Executive Director
Assist with annual event, data collection, program reports, grant writing and other tasks as may be assigned.
College Degree preferred. Experience in financial management, office management, loan portfolio a plus. MS Word, Outlook and Excel required.
Salary – $45,000 per year, with benefits.
