Fun fact: Larry Evans, the founder of the Northside Chronicle, named the paper after “The Martian Chronicles, Ray Bradbury’s collection of science fiction stories. “It was like a colony from Mars,” the imaginative Evans said.

The Northside’s come a long way since the mid-eighties when the paper was born, but it’s still got that same flair of oddities that make living in a city neighborhood so great!
