Friday November 16
What: Story Time
When: 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., 5 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Where: Allegheny YMCA
In this class, the instructor focuses on a new story every week. The class includes a story along with a related art or craft lesson. There is a fee of $15 for program members. Register early, as space is limited.
Saturday November 17
What: Rock It! – Pittsburgh Style
When: 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Where: The New Hazlett Theater
Featuring The Nied’s Hotel Band, Norman Nardini, and Jimbo and the Soupbones, the performance will be held in Pittsburgh’s original Northside Carnegie Hall. Singer/songwriter Jessice Bitsura will be performing in the theater lobby at 7 p.m. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the event begins at 7:30 p.m.
