Friday November 9

What: Fahrenheit 451
When: 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Where: The New Hazlett Theater

Presented by Prime Stage Theatre
Directed by Justin Fortunato
His fear in 1953 was that television would kill books. Bradbury, the author of Fahrenheit 451, imagined a future of giant color sets – flat panels that hung on walls like moving paintings. Has his Science Fiction become our Fact?

Sunday November 11

What: Open Clay Workshop
When: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Where: The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh

Join Studio Specialist Missy Steele as you sink your hands into real clay during an Open Clay Workshop in the Studio. Hand-build a piece or try out the pottery wheel. Whatever you make can be fired and glazed for $5 and picked up two weeks later.
