Reformed Presbyterian Homes continues in their Summer Lecture Series for seniors, family members and caregivers tonight, August 23. Entitled Preventing Falls: Saving Lives, the lecture is free and presented in collaboration with the Aging Institute at the University of Pittsburgh and will be held in the Reformed Presbyterian Home Campus Chapel from 6:15 – 7:15 p.m.
The lecture will touch upon subjects such as risk factors, how to safely get up from a fall, exercise programs and home modifications.
Reformed Presbyterian Home is a continuing care retirement community with independent living apartments, personal care and skilled nursing and rehabilitation all on one campus, fully licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
