MF@40: Then + Now Party

The Mattress Factory will be hosting its MF@40: Then + Now Party from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will celebrate the museum’s 40th anniversary and its newest installment New Installations: 40th Year. Pittsburgh Photography Market at Nova Place

Totally 80s Party at Rivers Casino

Deutschtown Bar Crawl

The 7th annual Deutschtown Bar Crawl kicks off at 6:30 p.m. at the Monks Bar in The Priory Hotel. The crawl will hit 11 bars in total including The Park House, JR’s Bar, East Street Beer, Allegheny City Brewing, James St. Gastropub, Max’s Allegheny Tavern, Huszar, St. Mary’s Lyceum, Verdetto’s and the YMR Club. T-shirts featuring the “Deutschtown Sasquatch” are available for the event, but shirts are not required to participate. The event is open to the public. Vinyl Record Night at Park House

Got some old records lying around that you’ve been dying to listen to? Bring them to The Park House in Deutschtown. The Park House will have equipment set up from 9: 30 p.m til 2 a.m. and will be offering guests a chance to spin some of their favorite records. For the less adventurous,  DJs Smilin’ Joe, Tyler Swift and SoulfulFella will also be on hand to help keep the music going. Craft Beer Workshop at Allegheny Library

Members of Three Rivers Alliance of Serious Homebrewers (TRASH) and Three Rivers Underground Brewers (TRUB) will be teaching a free workshop from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Allegheny Library. Holiday photos with The Grinch at Wagsburgh

Want to get your holiday pet photos done early? Swing down to Wagsburgh from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Photographer Debbie Thomas will be on site and refreshments will be provided by Kaffeehaus. Homebrewing Competition at Threadbare Cider & Mead
