Every spring the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy coordinates over 12,000 volunteers to help rejuvenate the region by planting more than 200,000 flowers in 140 community gardens.  Dominion volunteers had no problem getting their hands dirty by planting, mulching, and beautifying the community flower garden.  Please visit www.paconserve.org for more information on the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.
